Accepting “Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee for Measure K”
Member Applications

NOTICE is hereby given that the Jacoby Creek School District is accepting applications from interested citizens to serve on the District’s independent oversight committee with respect to general obligation bonds approved by District voters at the November 8, 2016 election, known as Measure K. The “CITIZENS’ BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE FOR MEASURE K” will consist of seven members who will meet, review and report on expenditures of bond proceeds to ensure money is used only for voter-approved projects. Interested persons may obtain an application form and a copy of the bylaws from the Superintendent’s Office, located at 1617 Old Arcata Road, Bayside, CA, 95524 or download the application form and the bylaws from the District’s website at http://jacobycreekschool.org. Applications may be submitted to the office of the Superintendent.
