Athletics Update January 2019
Boys’ Basketball
Boys’ Bay League basketball practices have begun. Our first home Bay League game is Thursday, Jan. 17th. Bay League Season Passes are $30 and can be purchased in the office or at home games. All proceeds go to Athletics. The 7th grade JCS Take it to the Hoop Tournament will be held at JCS on Jan. 18 & Jan 19. The 6th grade tournament will be held at JCS on Jan. 25 & Jan. 26. Come out and support our Panthers.
Track & Field
Track & Field will begin in mid March. Information will be sent out via email. There will be a parent meeting after the first practice. The deadline to turn in paperwork into the office is March 4, 2019.
Student athletes are required to have the following forms on file to participate:
- PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION (PHYSICALS ARE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DOCUMENTED DATE OF EXAM)
- ATHLETIC CONTRACT
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF POTENTIAL RISK
ALL FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN ANNUALLY and can be found in the office and on our website at: http://jacobycreekschool.org/activities/athletics/
