Interdistrict Transfer Information

Our transition from a charter school to a traditional public school will have one last impact on some JCS families. By the start of the 2016-2017 school year, all JCS students living outside of the district boundaries will need to get an interdistrict transfer from their District of Residence. This is a document that you will get from your child’s “neighborhood school.”

The interdistrict transfer is an agreement between your child’s District of Residence school, Jacoby Creek School, and you.  Your interdistrict transfer will need to be renewed annually.

This document will not be needed for many months and it will be easy to obtain. You can get your interdistrict paperwork taken care of now if you would like. Please call the office at 707-822-4896 if you have any questions about interdistrict transfers. We would be happy to help you!
