On 6/15/18  Brenna Goodman resigned her position as a member of the Governing Board of the Jacoby Creek School District. On 7/13/18 Kris Sundeen resigned his position as a member of the Governing Board of the Jacoby Creek School District.

At the Special Board meeting on July 17, 2018, the Governing Board provisionally appointed Vickie Thornburg and Danielle Witten-Lehman  to serve the remainder of the two terms (until December, 2018).

Unless a petition calling for a special election pursuant to Education Code 5091 is filed in the office of the County Superintendent of Schools (Dr. Chris Hartley) within 30 days of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment.
